Who we work with, and how we choose.

Gemini Strategic Consultants LLC helps organizations turn complicated civic, economic and social-impact ideas into initiatives that can be carried out and measured. We are a young firm. Some of our first engagements are with organizations our partners founded, lead or work for, and we label those as affiliated. Every entry says what stage it is at.

How we choose the work.

We take on an engagement when it passes at least four of these five tests.

  1. We genuinely know something about the problem.
  2. We can materially change the outcome.
  3. The work produces something measurable within 3 to 12 months.
  4. The result can be shared, with the client's agreement, so the next organization can judge it.
  5. It leads somewhere bigger than one assignment.

Feed Philly Coalition

Relationship
Affiliated. A Gemini partner founded the Coalition.
What we did
Planning documents carrying the Coalition's name: a production roadmap from farm to table, a response to a task force on hunger, and a framework for food sovereignty and reinvestment.
Status
Drafts delivered. None has been adopted, and the roadmap's figures are modelled, not confirmed.

What we did
The Mayor's Playbook: a six-chapter binder, a presentation and a one-page summary.
Status
With the office for review. Nothing has been adopted.

Concept with the gallery

Affiliated. A Gemini partner created the exhibition, presented with InLiquid Art + Design.
What we did
The concept presentation for InLiquid, a production and layout pack, and the exhibition's website, noadsonlyartphilly.com.
Status
In development. Planned for May 21 to July 10, 2027, at Gallery 108, Crane Arts. The direction is with InLiquid for approval. No sponsor is confirmed.

A permanent Philadelphia Street Art Experience.

SOUTH Restaurant & Jazz Club

What we did
A design brief for a year-round courtyard, a website demo, a strategy for the wine and jazz audiences, and planning support for an October wine dinner.
Status
The courtyard is not built, and the website demo has not been adopted.
